Mix low-gluten flour, medium-gluten flour, baking powder, baking soda powder and sea salt, and sieve.
Butter should soften at room temperature, then add powdered sugar and stir with an eggbeater. The better the butter is beaten, the better the ductility of the dough.
Beat the butter well, then add the eggs (if you want more eggs, you can add another one, as shown in the picture, two eggs), and add the vanilla cream.
Stir and mix with a scraper. This step cannot be stirred with a blender. Butter with flour will be stirred by an eggbeater to remove the fluffy state of butter.
Put the preheated oven in the middle of the oven and bake for 15 minutes. This kind of cookie belongs to softened cookies, and it doesn't need to be baked for too long, but it can also be baked simply according to your own preferences.
