Ingredients?
Beef tenderloin 500g
Two tablespoons of light soy sauce 30g
One green onion
Old One tablespoon of 15g sesame oil
One tablespoon of sesame oil 15g
Two tablespoons of water starch
One tablespoon of sugar
An appropriate amount of ginger and garlic
An appropriate amount of salt
How to make Da Dong’s stir-fried beef with green onions?
Remove the fascia from the beef tenderloin, cut into thin slices, add 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce to a large bowl , 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon water starch, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes
Cut green onions into hob cubes, slice ginger and garlic, and set aside
Large pot Add oil, heat to 50%, add marinated beef, slide for about 20 seconds, remove and drain the oil, set aside
Take a small bowl, add 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce , 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon water starch, 1 tablespoon sugar and appropriate amount of salt, mix thoroughly and set aside
Put two tablespoons of oil in the wok, heat it to the hottest, add onion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry for forty or fifty After a few seconds until the aroma comes out, add the beef, add the prepared sauce, and continue to stir-fry for a few dozen seconds. Before putting it in the pot, add 1/4 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar along the edge of the pot, and it's done!
Tips
Beef must be of good quality, good ingredients are half the battle!
It is easier to slice the beef when it is frozen. If you want the beef to be tender, it must be stir-fried over high heat.
