A Qiu
Egg jiaozi
Ingredients: water chestnut powder, shrimp, eggs, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and sugar.
Exercise:
1. Add salt and sugar to the eggs and stir well;
2. Chop horseshoes and shrimps and mix them into the meat stuffing;
3. Add salt, oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir-fry the meat stuffing evenly, and then put it in an oil pan and fry it until it is half cooked;

Xiaoya
Sichuan Xiao noodles
Ingredients: minced meat noodles, green bamboo shoots, Yibin sprouts, shallots, ginger soy sauce, lard, sesame oil, pepper oil, star anise leaves and dried pepper powder sugar.
Exercise:
1. Put oil in a hot pot and cool, then add star anise, fragrant leaves, dried peppers and fried ginger;
2. Add meat stuffing, add Yibin sprouts, soy sauce and sugar and stir well;
3. Put the small noodles into the soup made of pig bones and cook them;
