Frying method

Second, garlic oil wheat vegetables

Ingredients: 300g lettuce, seasoning: 20g salad oil, 3g salt, 2g monosodium glutamate and 20g garlic (white skin).

1. Wash the lettuce and cut it into sections of seven or eight centimeters long;

2. Chop garlic into minced garlic for later use;

3. Put the oil in the pot and saute the pepper, add some minced garlic and stir-fry;

4, under the oily wheat dishes, quickly stir fry a few times;

5. Stir-fry until the oily wheat is green. Add all the remaining garlic, salt and monosodium glutamate.
