1. Wash the fish, draw a few lines on the body, spread salt evenly, and marinate for half an hour to make the fish fully tasty.
2. Cut the mushrooms into strips for later use
3. Cut the pepper into long strips for later use
4. Cut the garlic moss into sections and wash the shallots for later use.
5. Heat the oil in the pot.
6. Add pepper and onion ginger and stir fry twice.
7. Add water to boil, put the fish in and cook for three minutes.
8. Add seasonings such as soy sauce, white vinegar and salt.
9. Add onions and mushrooms.
10. Add pepper and garlic moss and cook until the soup thickens.
