Composition:
2 sausages, 1 potato, half a carrot, dried mushrooms, rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar and chopped green onion.
Exercise:
1. Fruit juice: two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, a little salt and sugar, and half a bowl of water.
2. Heat oil in the pot, stir-fry sausage, stir-fry potatoes, carrots and dried mushrooms for two minutes, and set aside.
