1. Ingredients: 450g oysters.
2. Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of celery stick, 1 red pepper, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of garlic cloves.
3. Wash the oysters and set aside.
4. Cut the celery stalk into sections, shred the red pepper and ginger, slice the garlic cloves, and a small amount of green onions.
5. Put water in the pot, bring it to a boil, put in the oysters and quickly add the water.
6. Heat the oil in the pot.
7. Add various ingredients and stir-fry until flavourful.
8. Add the blanched oysters and stir-fry over high heat.
9. Season with appropriate amount of salt and serve.
