It is a kind of food with both dietotherapy and peanut bud, and peanut bud is also called Longevity Bud. Not only can it be eaten raw, but it is also very nutritious. There are many ways to eat in peanut bud, such as cold salad, deep frying and hot pot. That's delicious.
Peanut bud's production method
1. Seed selection
Peanuts are produced every year. When the seeds are shelled, the diseased, shriveled and broken seeds should be removed, leaving large and full seeds with bright color, smooth skin and consistent shape.
impregnate seed
Peanut seeds can germinate only when they absorb more than 40% of their own weight. The soaking time should not be too long. Soak the seeds in warm water at 20℃ 12 ~ 20 hours. Rinse with clean water 1 ~ 2 times after soaking.
Accelerate germination
Peanut kernel can't germinate at 10℃, the optimum germination temperature is 25 ~ 30℃, and the germination rate can reach 95% after 3 ~ 4 days. When accelerating germination, use a plastic net container or a flat-bottomed plastic seedling tray. The seed thickness should not exceed 4cm, and it should be watered 2 ~ 3 times a day to prevent the seeds from overheating and rotting.
4. Secondary germination
Peanut bud remained dark during its growing period. After sowing, fold the seedling tray, cover it with black film to keep out the light, and press a layer of wooden board on the bud to give it a certain pressure to make it grow fat.
harvest
During germination, the radicle first elongates and breaks through the seed coat, and at the same time, the hypocotyl also elongates upward and thickens. Edible standard: root length 0. 1 ~ 1.5 cm, milky white, rootless. Hypocotyl is milky white, about 65438 0.5 cm long and 0.4 ~ 0.5 cm thick. The seed coat has not fallen off yet. Peeling off the seed coat, you can see thick cotyledons with milky white and light brown spots on them. Under normal circumstances, each 1kg seed can bear 3kg fruit buds.
