Advantages: 1 really saves about 1/3 of oil, and relatively saves some gas. I haven't counted how much money I have saved. It depends on my living habits. I cook egg noodles or something. When the water boils, it won't turn off the fire. The egg noodles will be cooked in a few minutes.
