1. Soak the auricularia auricula and chop the chopped green onion.
2. Cut the bean curd skin into small pieces of 2.5cmx 1cm.
3. Wash the bean curd skin with water to soften it, and then drain it.
4. Stir-fry auricularia auricula in normal way, stir-fry it with bean curd skin, and season with salt.
5. Finally, put the onion in the pot.
Vegetables, fried oysters and mushrooms with vegetables (the easiest way, fried), Mapo tofu (recipes can be found online)
Soup, potatoes, tomatoes and pickled mustard tuber soup are easy to make. Asparagus has a very pleasant smell and is suitable for making light soup, but I haven't found a good recipe yet.
