1. Wash the onion, ginger and garlic, cut the onion into sections, peel and slice the ginger, pat the garlic flat and remove the clothes. Clean lean meat, slice and chop, add 1/3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp raw flour, 1/5 tbsp chicken essence, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pot, heat it, saute the garlic, pour in the minced meat and stir fry until the meat turns white.
3. Pour 2 bowls of clear water into the pot, boil it, then pour 1 box of pure milk, add 1/2 tablespoons of salt, and cover the pot to boil.
4. Uncover the lid, add the cabbage and cook for about 2 minutes until the leaves are soft.
