Materials:

Tips:

Four: American sirloin steak

Materials:

Sirloin steak 1 (cut the meat on the waist, 0.8 ounces).

Seasoning:

Salt, pepper, olive oil.

Vanilla butter:

Mix Italian vanilla, room-temperature butter, chopped herbs or dried spices with room-temperature butter, and then put them back in the refrigerator for refrigeration.

Exercise:

1. Take the steak out of the freezer, dry the surface moisture and put it at room temperature.

2. Preheat the pot with medium-high fire until you can feel strong hot air when you put your hand on it (this is very important).
