Stewed black-bone chicken
Dishes and Efficacy: Home-made recipes for nourishing qi and blood, delaying aging, strengthening waist and kidney, osteoporosis and making stewed black-bone chicken. Ingredients: black-bone chicken 750g.
Seasoning: 20g cooking wine, 7g onion, 7g ginger and salt 10g.
Stewing black-bone chicken: 1. After the black-bone chicken is slaughtered and washed, the internal organs are taken out from the neck incision, and the wing tips and claw tips are chopped off;
2. Cut the onion into sections and slice the ginger for later use;
3. Blanch the black-bone chicken in a boiling water pot, remove it and wash it with warm water;
4. Cut the chicken gizzards with a knife, remove the yellow skin and impurities in the inner membrane, wash them with chicken liver and heart, blanch them in a boiling water pot, remove them and wash them with warm water;
5. Enlarge the fire in the pan, add black-bone chicken pieces, chicken gizzards, chicken liver, chicken heart, cooking wine, onion slices, ginger slices and water 1500ml to boil;
6. Skim off the floating foam, cover the lid, simmer on low heat until the black-bone chicken is crisp and rotten, sprinkle with salt and simmer for a while.
