Braised fish fillets
Ingredients required:
An appropriate amount of fish fillets, ginger, garlic, green onion, dried chili pepper, appropriate amount of coriander, 2 tablespoons of rice wine, dark soy sauce 2 spoons, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of sugar, a little Laoganma, appropriate amount of salt and appropriate amount of cooking oil.
Specific method:
1. Put the cleaned fish pieces into a large bowl, add rice wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and salt and marinate for 15 minutes. Left and right, it not only removes the fishy smell but also makes the fish pieces delicious.
2. Wash the ginger, garlic, green onion and dried chili respectively, cut them into pieces and set aside.
3. Put an appropriate amount of oil in a casserole, heat it up, add ginger, garlic, onions and dried chilies and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Pour the marinated fish pieces into the casserole together with the soup, add an appropriate amount of water to be level with the fish pieces, and bring to a boil over high heat.
5. Add a little Laoganma hot sauce to increase the flavor. If you can’t eat spicy food, leave it out.
6. Season again after boiling. If you think the taste is enough, don’t add anything. Let it simmer for a while until the fish fills in and the soup thickens.
7. After turning off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander segments and it’s ready to eat. It’s so fragrant!
