Fish glue soup
People in Hong Kong, Pearl River Delta and other regions usually like to drink old fire soup, so they like to make soup with fish glue and other soup materials. Soup should not be cooked for too long, generally 2~3 days is appropriate. Don't cook the fish glue for too long, you can cook it slowly according to its size and thickness.
Stewed fish sauce
In Chaoshan area, edible fish glue is mostly stewed, especially boiled.
As a kind of food, fish glue is also a tonic. Pay attention to slow cooking, which is conducive to the full precipitation of effective ingredients.
The method of "dividing water and stewing" can just avoid frying directly with open fire, so that the heat tends to be mild after water conduction, which is more in line with the requirements of stewing.
Moreover, the sealing performance of the stewing cup is good, and the smell of fish glue will not volatilize and leak when heated in water, thus reducing the drug effect.
Specific methods:
1. Soak the fish glue in cold water for about 2 hours until it becomes soft.
2. After washing, cut into small pieces, and add red dates, longan and medlar, or Korean ginseng and American ginseng to stew together, or add meat such as poultry, chicken, duck and pork.
Cook the meat for the second time before putting it into the stew. The first time is to put the pot into cold water, the second time is to put the pot into boiling water to fully remove blood, and finally put the "boiling soup and hot meat" into a stew pot for stewing.
The time for stewing fish glue in water is generally about 2 hours, and thicker fish glue can be stewed for 3 hours.
