Raw materials:
500g of beef brisket, 500g of tomato and 0/00g of loofah/kloc.
Accessories:
Cinnamon 1 small piece, aniseed 3 pieces, onion 1 piece, ginger several pieces, dried pepper 5 pieces.
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon cooking wine (15ml), 1 tablespoon soy sauce (5ml), 4g salt.
Exercise:
1, the brisket is cut into small pieces 1cm square;
2. Soak in clear water for about 3 hours, and change the water once every half hour. Remember to rinse every time you change the water, and wash and drain the soaked beef brisket;
3, tomatoes are washed and cut into pieces, and loofah is also cut into pieces;
4. Heat oil in the pot, add cinnamon and stir-fry aniseed;
5. Pour in the drained sirloin and stir-fry until it changes color;
6. Transfer the fried beef brisket to a stew pot, add boiling water to the beef brisket, and add cooking wine and soy sauce;
7. Put the onion ginger and dried pepper into the seasoning bag, seal it and put it into the stew pot; Boil with big fire and simmer with small fire 1 hour;
8. After one hour, add tomatoes and loofah and continue stewing 1 hour. Add salt before taking out.
