Fried tofu with green pepper

Composition:
Two sweet peppers, one onion, three or four cloves of white garlic, half a spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of sugar, half a bowl of cold boiled water and one spoonful of starch.
Cooking steps:
1. Get the ingredients ready first.
2. Cut the tofu in half. Then scald it with boiling water, and then pour out the water. This step is also to wash the oily tofu. Personally, I think the soup is not very clean and soft, so it is easier to absorb.
3. Rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess water for later use.
4. Cut the green pepper into pieces, you can choose round pepper or pointed pepper, or you can choose whether it is spicy or not, depending on your personal taste. Then chop the garlic and cut the onion into small pieces.
5. Then mix the sauce, half a spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoonfuls of soy sauce and one spoonful of sugar. If the taste is heavy, you can add some salt or an extra spoonful of soy sauce, because the starch water is weak in the later stage.
6. Stir-fry garlic, onion and green pepper in hot oil.
7. Stir-fry the green pepper for a few times, not for long. I like the crunchy taste.
8. Stir-fry the tofu with oil a few times.
9. Pour in the prepared sauce, bring it to a boil and simmer for three minutes.
10. Add starch water to the juice after the fire.

If there is no spicy taste at all, the fried dishes may not be rich enough, but the peppers that are too spicy may not be suitable for the whole family to eat together, so it is most appropriate to choose green peppers with a little spicy taste. 2.
