2. Appearance characteristics:
White ray gum: usually oval or long, with tiny honeycomb holes on the surface, ranging in color from light yellow to orange, sometimes white or light pink.
Black sole glue: usually oval or long, with small holes and fine lines on the surface, ranging in color from light yellow to dark yellow, sometimes black or reddish brown.
Generally speaking, white sole gum and black sole gum are somewhat similar in appearance, but they come from different fish species and have different colors and textures. In addition, their taste and nutritional value are slightly different.
