Ingredients: glutinous rice flour160g, raw flour 40g, wheat straw juice180g, butter 20g, black sesame walnut stuffing 200g.
Exercise:
(1) Mix all the raw materials except stuffing and put them in the microwave oven for 2 minutes;
(2) Then knead into smooth dough, take about 20g of dough, wrap 10g of stuffing, and roll into balls;
(3) After the water is boiled, open the lid and cook the jiaozi, all of which float, and cook for another 5 minutes.
2. Wheat whole wheat omelet.
Materials: wheat whole grain flour 15 1 g, vanilla powder 0.3 g, anhydrous cream 182 g, fine sugar 302 g, salt 0.7 g, whole egg 363 g.
Exercise:
(1) wheat whole grain flour and vanilla flour are sieved together for later use;
(2) Mix the anhydrous cream, fine sugar and salt evenly, then slowly add the whole egg several times and mix evenly;
(3) In method 2, a proper amount of whole-grain wheat flour and vanilla flour are added by the method of 1, stirred evenly, and then stood for about 15 minutes, namely, wheat 3 and whole-grain egg rolls;
(4) Take the egg roll mold, heat it in a small pot, and then gently wipe the pot surface with a little olive oil to stabilize the temperature;
(5) Put about 50g on the egg roll mold. Method 3: Roll the whole-wheat egg roll, cover it for about 20 seconds, then turn the pan surface 10 seconds, turn it back and bake it for 20 seconds, open the top cover, and roll it up with the help of an iron roller and hands to complete a whole-wheat egg roll;
(6) Wipe the pan surface with a clean rag to prevent residue, and repeat the procedure 5 until the whole wheat omelet is used up.
3. Wheat glutinous rice porridge.
Ingredients: a little rock sugar, glutinous rice 100g, wheat kernel 100g, dried tangerine peel 1.
Exercise:
(1) Wash glutinous rice and wheat kernels;
(2) Add water to the porridge pot, turn to low heat after boiling over high fire, add glutinous rice, wheat grains and dried tangerine peel, then boil over high fire, and turn to medium heat for about 30 minutes;
(3) After glutinous rice porridge is cooked, add rock sugar to taste.
Note: the wheat is attractive and the porridge is thick and delicious. Adding dried tangerine peel helps to dispel fire.
