Electric Pressure Cooker Steamed Pork:
Ingredients: 400 grams of high-quality pork belly, 1 potato.
Seasoning: 4 slices of ginger, 15 ml of braised sauce, 100 g of steamed rice flour.
Method
1. Prepare all the ingredients, wash the pork belly and cut into small pieces.
2. Put the ginger slices into a bowl and add Lee Kum Kee’s secret braised sauce.
3. Mix evenly and marinate for 20 minutes. Cut the potatoes into thick slices and soak them in light salt water.
4. Cover the marinated meat with steamed rice noodles, and place the potatoes on the bottom of the bowl.
5. Spread the meat pieces covered with rice flour on top of the potato slices. Add an appropriate amount of water to the inner pot of the pressure cooker, put it into the pot rack, and place the meat bowl on top.
