How to stew egg white wings
1. Wash the chicken wings, cut them in half (the whole chicken can also be used) and put them in a bowl.
2. Put a proper amount of salt and cooking wine into a bowl and mix well. Marinate the chicken wings for 5 minutes, then mix the egg white and dry starch into a paste and pour it into the chicken wings and mix well for later use.
3. When pickling chicken wings, peel the potatoes and cut them into hob blocks as big as chicken wings.
You also need to cut the green pepper into triangles, the onion into sections, and the garlic into minced garlic (about half a bowl).
5. Heat the oil in a wok, add the potatoes and fry until golden brown (don't use a big fire, so as not to make the potatoes tender outside).
6. After taking out the potatoes, put the chicken wings together with the egg white starch paste into the oil and fry for 3-5 minutes on low heat until the surface of the chicken wings is evenly colored.
7. Heat the wok and add the right amount of oil for cooking. Add minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat. Just fry it. Don't fry it. Stir-fried minced garlic is put out or piled to the side of the wok, and the garlic oil inside is left in the wok.
8. Add onion ginger and green pepper, stir well, then add minced garlic and stir well, and add fresh soy sauce to make it fragrant.
9. Add half a bowl of water, then add curry powder and a little salt and mix well to adjust the taste.
10. After boiling for half a minute, thicken with a little water starch to make the juice in the pot become thin paste.
1 1. Pour in fried potatoes and chicken wings, stir-fry until all of them are covered with sauce, and then turn off the heat.
