Composition:
4 pieces of toast (small pieces) 200g of milk, 2 eggs, 8g of sugar, almonds 10g, dried cranberries 15g.
Exercise:
1. First, find a baking bowl, beat in two eggs, pour in 8g white sugar and 200g milk, and then stir with a manual eggbeater until it is completely melted, because you don't need to sift if you eat it yourself. If you pursue perfection, you can filter the egg liquid better.
2. Cut the toast into small cubes, then put it in a bowl, sprinkle a layer of dried cranberries on it, and sprinkle some almonds.
3. Put it in the middle layer of the oven, preheat it at 170 degrees for 5 minutes, and then bake it for 25 minutes. The heat will be adjusted to the appropriate temperature due to your own oven. The delicious toast pudding is ready.
Precautions:
It's no problem to add 50g more milk. As for the slices of bread, because the size of the utensils is ok.
