Generally, crab powder is boiled with lard, which not only tastes mellow, but also insulates the air and lasts longer. Homemade crab powder
Ingredients: 2 crabs
Accessories: lard, ginger, cooking wine, salt and white pepper.
Exercise:
1. Wash crabs, steam them in a pot, and prepare scissors and a rolling pin.
2. Take off the crab claws, take a crab body, turn it over and take off the small triangle at the back. The male crab is a small triangle and the female crab is an oval.
3. Open the crab bucket again, remove the white and soft crab gills inside, and then pick the crab paste from the crab bucket into the bowl first. Don't forget, there is a white six-pointed star hidden in the center, which is the coldest.
4. Then you can take the crab meat. First, split the crab in two, put the crab roe into the bowl, then cut off the sides of the crab with scissors, then cut the crab in half and pick out a little crab meat with chopsticks.
Cut off the crab thigh with scissors, and then press it with a rolling pin, and the meat will come out. Crab leg meat is a little bigger. Once it is broken, it is taken out at the joint, and the crab pliers are cut off from the joint. Then you can break the biggest part and remove the meat.
6. This is my peeled crab meat and crab paste.
7. Add a proper amount of lard to the pot.
8. Saute Jiang Mo until fragrant. Pour in crab meat and stir well.
9. Add some salt, cooking wine and white pepper to taste and serve.
Reminder: crabs must be fresh and dead crabs must not be eaten. Because after the death of the crab, the bacteria in the crab will multiply rapidly and spread into the crab meat, causing vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and so on.
