Braised tofu with crucian carp
1 crucian carp eviscerated.

Egg diced
Ingredients: dried radish, earth eggs, carrots and edamame.
Production process:
1. Add some salt to the egg and beat it into egg liquid. Dice carrots and peel edamame.
2. Boil the soup pot with water, add a little salt, add edamame and carrot, and cool 1 min.
3. Cut the eggs into egg skins.
4. Take a wok, add a little olive oil, add dried diced radish and stir fry for a few times, then add blanched edamame and carrot and stir fry for about 1 minute.
