Ingredients: half a pineapple, 300g beef tenderloin and black pepper.

1. Dice beef tenderloin, add a little salt, sugar and pepper, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, half tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp starch and 1 tbsp oil, and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Cut the pineapple into pieces, soak it in salt water for 20 minutes, and drain.
3. Heat a little oil in the pot, pour in diced beef and stir-fry until it changes color, add pineapple and stir-fry, sprinkle with black pepper and stir-fry.
