Treatment of Chinese cabbage
Divide Chinese cabbage into segments and leaves. Slice Chinese cabbage leaves, and cut Chinese cabbage segments into small pieces. Cutting Chinese cabbage into sections is easy to chew and can also increase the smooth taste of shrimp.
Preparation of shrimp paste
Beat shrimps, Chinese cabbage leaves and 1-2 spoonfuls of cold boiled water into a paste with a blender. Add a little water to make it easier to stir. Pour the stirred Chinese cabbage and shrimp paste into a bowl, add chopped Chinese cabbage, 2 teaspoons of starch and a little salt, and stir evenly in one direction with chopsticks. Beat for a while, and the shrimp will be more slippery.
Boiling method of shrimp slippery
Put the seasoned Chinese cabbage and shrimp paste into a paper bag. Put a proper amount of water in the pot. Turn off the fire when the water is hot, cut a small hole in the paper bag, and then squeeze the shrimp paste into the water bit by bit. I think it is more convenient to use paper bags. If there is no paper bag, you can use a fresh-keeping bag or spoon. Cook over high fire again until all the shrimps float on the water, indicating that the shrimps are cooked. Turn off the fire and serve.
infant/baby food
Add a little salt when cooking shrimp, and the baby will have enough to eat. If it is eaten by adults and tastes weak, you can add some salt when cooking.
