Exercise:
Almond crisp
Ingredients: 50 grams of japonica rice.
Accessories: sweet almond 15g, bitter almond 3g.
Seasoning: 50 grams of rock sugar.
1. Soak sweet almond and bitter almond in clear water, peel and mash;
2. Add japonica rice, water and rock sugar and cook into thick porridge.
Stewed mutton with almond
Ingredients: mutton (thin) 250g.
Accessories: bitter almond 10g, dried tangerine peel 10g.
Seasoning: onion 15g, ginger 5g, salt 2g, spiced powder1g.
1. Peel and tip almonds, and wash them for later use;
2. Wash the dried tangerine peel for later use;
3. Wash and slice mutton for later use;
4. Put the three ingredients together in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, and stew until the mutton and almonds are cooked;
5. Add onion, ginger, salt and spiced powder to taste.
Jiangxing decoction
Ingredients: 500g bitter almond.
Accessories: ginger 10g, licorice 10g.
Seasoning: salt 10g.
1. Bitter almonds are soaked in warm water, peeled, pointed and mashed;
2. Stir-fry licorice and grind it into fine powder;
3. Peel and wash ginger, chop it up and mash it with salt;
4. Mix the above four ingredients evenly and bottle them for later use.
