Turaga pot of tea is the first meal of Mongolian court minister. Mongolian aristocrats pay attention to "white" before "red", and "white" is a dairy product; "Red" refers to meat products. Turaga means "pot" in Mongolian. A golden or silver pot is filled with milk tea boiled with brick tea, milk, butter and white oil, surrounded by fried rice, milk skin, milk shell, cheese, air-dried beef and so on. (Fried rice is fried with Mongolian specialty millet, and air-dried beef is also called "Genghis Khan's ration", which was used during the Mongolian Imperial War.
