Vegetarianism is easy to settle down.
The state of meditation is a stable and relaxed state of mind and body. The pulse is steady and relaxed naturally; Without the interference of karma and delusion, the mind will naturally settle down easily.
Vegetarianism can make the body and mind avoid being disturbed by polluted air, tend to be stable, pure and quiet, conform to the pulse of peace and joy in the universe, and naturally easily enter this settled state.
Settlement is peaceful and stable, which is different from the violent spirit of killing and the cry of pain.
Habitat is full of joy, which is different from the panic and anxiety of killing.
The boundary is full of light, which is different from the darkness and depravity of killing karma.
Vegetarianism brings us peace, joy and light, because our survival is not bought with other people's lives. What flows in the blood is a peaceful state of mind, not an impatient anxiety, and naturally it is easy to enter the awakening synchronized with nature. Compassion is the most important virtue of practitioners. It can be said that the higher the practice, the more compassionate people are needed to achieve it. How can I put it?
When a person is compassionate, the whole body presents a very soft state, so we often hear that softness and compassion are combined, because in fact, the upper body and the mind interact. Be careful of compassion, the body will naturally be soft, so softness and compassion not only describe the mind, but also describe the state of the body.
Vegetarianism is another manifestation of compassion. Because all living beings have never been born, they are all reincarnation. There is no one who has never been a parent, a brother, a family member or even a relative, or even reincarnated as a bird, an animal and so on. And avoid eating more snacks to prevent vitamin and inorganic salt deficiency. Drink and meat with strong stimulation such as alcohol should be eaten less or not.
