Braised sheep's head, also known as Kirin Ding, is the first course of the whole lamb feast. Linqu Lamb Banquet is a traditional dish. 2. Chickens, ducks and music
Weifang, Shandong, a traditional famous food, is said to have originated in Shanxi and Shaanxi, and then spread to Weifang via Beijing, which evolved from the historical "river leakage". "River leakage" is a kind of noodles made of buckwheat noodles on a river leakage bed with many holes, which is a daily food for farmers. Weifang people improved this by replacing buckwheat flour with wheat, adding chicken and duck meat, "silly meat" and seeds pickled with small spices, and naming it "Lehe" with homonym. 3. Weicheng fire
Weicheng Huoshao is a famous traditional snack in Weifang, Shandong Province. It is characterized by hard noodles, no paste spots when cooked, crisp to eat and more fragrant when chewed. The skin is crisp and the meat is fragrant but not greasy.
There are many kinds of fires in Weicheng. There are several kinds of surface fires alone, such as firewood chopping fire, dustpan fire and Haloxylon ammodendron fire. More famous and distinctive are barbecued pork head fire and fat baked crisp fire. The barbell head is burned out, so it is named because the surface of the fire is so hard that it can't be rubbed by hand and needs to be pressed with a wooden pole. It's round and big, about 250g each, with thick sides and thin inside, and a bulge in the middle.
4, Weicheng sesame seed cake
Weicheng sesame seed cake is a traditional famous spot in Weicheng, Shandong Province, which is made of wheat and sesame. "There are many kinds of baked wheat cakes in Weicheng, including crisp baked wheat cakes, small pieces of baked wheat cakes, mutton baked wheat cakes, pepper baked wheat cakes, fat baked wheat cakes and so on, with different tastes.
5. Ma Song cake
Masonggao originated from Ma Song (now Yingqiu Town) in Changle County, Shandong Province, so it is called Masonggao. As for when it originated, it is impossible to research because of its long history. According to legend, Changle Ma Song, located in the middle of Shandong Peninsula, was the only place for southeast Shandong to enter Beijing in the early Qing Dynasty. In ancient times, most people who took exams in Beijing walked, and it took more than a month to reach their destination. Because horse muffins have the advantages of convenient carrying, long storage time and digestion resistance, they are deeply loved by all parties.
