Stewed tofu with spinach
Ingredients: spinach, tofu, eggs; Onion, garlic, dried pepper, soy sauce, salt.
Step 1: put more oil in the pot, heat it to 80%, and pour in the salted eggs. Fried eggs with more oil and higher temperature are more fluffy and delicious.
Step 2: Take out the eggs for later use. Pour the remaining oil in the pot into the sliced tofu and fry until both sides are golden. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Add water to the boiling pot, add half a spoonful of oil and 1 spoonful of salt to boil, pour the washed spinach into boiling water 1 minute, and then take it out for later use.
Step 4: Leave a small amount of base oil in the pot, and put the onion, garlic cloves and dried peppers into the bottom of the pot.
Step 5: Drain the blanched spinach, pour it into the pot and stir fry for 30 seconds, then pour in the fried tofu and scrambled eggs and stir fry evenly.
Step 6: Finally, add 2 tablespoons soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt to taste, stir well and serve. A plate of healthy and delicious spinach tofu is ready.

The theory that food can be eaten separately has no scientific basis. Two edible ingredients can be eaten together. Otherwise, if you go to a restaurant for a banquet, dozens of dishes will be served, and you may not be able to eat the day lily when it gets cold.
