Meatball material: 450g pork, 20g mushrooms, 30g carrots, 2 tablespoons cornmeal, 5g salt and 5g soy sauce.
Other ingredients: 20 grams of carrots, potatoes 1 piece, 20 grams of dried mushrooms, 2 cloves of garlic.
1. Prepare the materials as shown in figure 1, break the pork, chop the mushrooms with water, chop the carrots, and pour the mushrooms and carrots into the pork and mix well.
2. Add salt and stir well.
3. Add cornstarch and mix well, add a little soy sauce and mix well, and bring the water to a boil.
4. Use chopsticks to put the mixed pork into boiling water according to the size you like, as shown in Figure 7. When the meatballs float, they will be picked up for use.
5. Put the vegetable oil in the pot, stir-fry the garlic slices after the oil is hot, stir-fry the mushrooms first, and stir-fry the potatoes together.
6. Stir-fry until the potatoes are a little discolored, then pour in carrots and stir fry together, add a little water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn down the heat and cook until the water is almost dry, then pour in meatballs and stir fry together.
7. Stir fry for about 3 minutes and add salt.
