Stir-fry simple and difficult hot dishes with sauce for ten minutes.

Cut garlic, shallots and millet pepper into small pieces.
Wash vegetarian chicken and cut into pieces. (approximate thickness, as shown in the figure)
Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, white sugar, water and half a tbsp cooking wine into a clean bowl, and add 2 tbsp water and stir well.
Pour more oil into the pan, put the sliced vegetarian chicken in and fry it over medium heat.
Fry the vegetarian chicken until both sides are brown and foaming, and take out the oil control.
Add the remaining oil in the pot, star anise, garlic slices and onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
Then put the fried vegetarian chicken in.
Pour the prepared juice into the pot, cover the pot, and simmer for about 8 minutes after the soup is boiled.
When the vegetarian chicken expands slightly, open the fire to collect the juice, sprinkle with millet pepper and chopped green onion and serve.
