Ingredients
250 ??grams of sushi rice, 1 cooked duck breast, 1 chive, a little each of mustard and sushi ginger.
Method
1. Mince the chives; cut the cooked duck breast into appropriate-sized pieces, bake in the microwave until crispy, take out and set aside.
2. Wash your hands, dip them in cold water, take an appropriate amount of sushi rice and shape it into an oval rice ball, and add a little wasabi.
3. Place the rice ball with the mustard-smeared side up on the palm of your hand, then add the duck breast slices and press lightly. Remove the chopped chives when eating.

4. Fry the sliced ??mushrooms in butter and add some salt. Fry half an onion until cooked. Add some salt to the side of the dish.
