Where is the food street in Bazhong? Do you have any delicious recommendations?
Everyone likes to stroll around the food court, don't they? In many small towns, shopping streets and food streets are integrated, such as Bazhong.

To travel to Bazhong, you must go to the pedestrian street in Bazhong, which can be said to be the largest commercial street and the largest food street in Bazhong. People who go there can't go wrong, just in the old city.

1. Hotpot noodles

This is something I ate several times when I was very young. I was taken by my cousin at that time. I remember it was in an alley near the pedestrian street. The poor land here may not even be 20 square meters in size, and the hot pot powder made is delicious to fry. The hot pot they make is wide, and the soup base is the hot pot soup base cooked by themselves, which is spicy and fragrant. That fragrant smell is something I have never found in Chengdu. Just smelling it can increase people's appetite. The side dish is hot pot, and soft hot pot powder with crispy bean sprouts is perfect. Every bite can spread the fragrance of hot pot on the tip of the tongue and throat, and I can't stop.

I haven't been there since I grew up. I heard that the place was moved to a new place, near the street garden (also near the pedestrian street). I'm afraid I can only ask my sister, a loyal old customer of 15, who knows where it is.

2. Stinky tofu

There is a particularly delicious stinky tofu in Bazhong Pedestrian Street. I have eaten several times, and every time I go to eat, it is their house. At first, an old man sold it there, and later he became a middle-aged uncle of about 30-40 years old. It is said that this middle-aged uncle is the son of an old man and has inherited his father's career.

When you think of stinky tofu, you will probably think of Changsha stinky tofu. Its tofu may be similar to Changsha stinky tofu, but the sauce and seasoning are very different. The sauce they used was homemade, with a slight salty taste, served with their homemade kimchi, sprinkled with some coriander and Chili sauce, and a bowl of delicious stinky tofu came out.

To tell the truth, I love their sauce more than their stinky tofu, which is slightly spicy and salty, and has a faint fragrance. Drinking while walking is so beautiful.

3. Roadside Brochette

In some alleys of the pedestrian street, you can always find some roadside stalls, which look unsanitary, but please feel free to eat, because most of the sanitation is up to standard.

Most of the kebabs here are put in a big basket. Order whatever you want, and then order a bowl of rice noodles or hot and sour rice noodles, dumplings and the like with strings. Actually, just eat kebabs. The taste itself is not as strong as that of the hot pot restaurant outside. If you want something heavy, you can add some Chili oil or something. In fact, if you don't eat spicy food, you can eat it like this. Have a bowl if you are tired of shopping. It is also a pleasure to sit on the side of the road and watch people come and go.

4. casserole rice noodles

It is also in an alley near the pedestrian street. It is the first alley that enters the pedestrian street from the direction of Houheqiao, and there is a casserole rice noodle shop hidden. My cousin also brought me here to eat. Their casserole is his own soup base, rice noodles made from several vegetables, and homemade jiaozi, which is really delicious.

I don't know why eating casserole rice noodles outside always feels greasy, but this family has never given me such a feeling. It's just that every time I eat these times, I feel a little unfinished. After eating a bowl of casserole, I still feel hungry, but my stomach is obviously full, which is probably the charm of their home. Clean and refreshing, but not dull, this is a delicious broth that even people who love Chili peppers will not refuse.

In fact, there are many delicious foods in this street, which are actually hidden in a nearby alley, and most of the stores are small, which may be the size of a facade, but they have stayed there for many years and occupied the hearts of people nearby.

This is the smell of wine, not afraid of the depth of the alley!
