Use dry flour to ferment the dough without kneading it, arrange it into long strips, and cut it into 8 equal parts.

Step 3. Here comes the key point: Slice the apples, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, cook them until they are transparent, and then put them into a non-stick pot. You can add an appropriate amount according to the sweetness of the apples. sugar, then add a few drops of lemon juice, add an appropriate amount of corn oil, fry it until it becomes gelatinous and set aside. If you don’t like sourness, don’t add lemon juice.

Step 4. Dip the dough into the dough that was cut into pieces before. Dip your hands in an appropriate amount of dry flour, flatten it, and add an appropriate amount of apple filling.

Step 5. We pinch it tightly and wrap it up. Wrap them one by one and press them slightly. Brush the electric baking pan with a layer of base oil, put the prepared cake embryo into a non-stick pan, and brush the surface with a layer of cooking oil for frying. Fry it until golden brown on both sides.
