600g lean beef

400g butter

Eggs 1

8 grams of raw flour

5 grams of monosodium glutamate

How to marinate the signature beef skewers?

Dice lean meat, add cornstarch, egg white and egg yolk for later use. Stir the meat and ingredients evenly, then seal with plastic wrap and marinate for one hour, so that the marinated beef will be more tender.

Take out the salted beef and wear it as mutton skewers. Be fat and thin when stringing. The standard of our shop is to wear three fatnesses and two thinness. Friends in the oven can wear it, but friends who use the grill and plan to go out for a picnic must wear it in combination with the length of the grill!
