Why does my cooking always smell like soy sauce? The kind that smells bad?
Cooking always smells like soy sauce, because you put it too much or at the wrong time. I guess you didn't put it down until the food was almost cooked. Simple and convenient. . . . Cook with an electric cooker. Put a layer of peanut oil on the bottom of the rice cooker. Peanut oil will overflow the bottom of the pot ... garlic and ginger will be chopped and put into the chicken. Put the chicken in the pot, then pour the soy sauce (soy sauce should be mixed with salt) on the chicken, not too much ... cover the cooker and turn on the power. Note that after the oil in the rice cooker is boiled, the rice cooker must be kept warm for 5 minutes, so don't cook it again. ....
