Composition:

4 drumsticks, 4 mushrooms, 2 Chinese yams 1, 2 small red dates, 4 slices of ginger, 20g onion, 8 Chinese prickly ash 10, 8 Chinese wolfberry, half star anise, cooking wine 1 spoon, and 4-5g salt.

Exercise:

3. Add mushrooms and a spoonful of oyster sauce to taste, stir fry, then transfer to a casserole, add a little water, add red dates and medlar and cook for 10 minute, then turn to low heat for 20 minutes, add chopped yam and salt for about 4g and continue to cook for 20 minutes.
