Matters needing attention

Dried shredded potatoes will dehydrate in the sun. After boiling water and cooking for a long time, they are not easy to rot. Therefore, cooking with rice can make them taste better, and direct frying will not be delicious and affect the taste.

Dried shredded potatoes can be replaced by fresh potatoes. Don't put fresh potatoes in rice, fry them with peppers and carrots.
