Methods: Taking 500g strawberry as an example, sugar 150g, rock sugar 100g, 300ml water and 2g gelatin powder were needed.

If there is no Geely powder, you don't need to add it. A little thicker, stir a few times when cooking. Don't cook jam too thick with Geely powder, because it will thicken after cooling.
