Southern Fujian special food
Fried oysters are wrapped with a layer of sweet potato powder, then with egg liquid, and finally with a layer of bread crumbs. Then fry the oysters in hot oil, which tastes delicious.
Fried crispy jiaozi is actually fried jiaozi. Jiaozi, a famous Minnan specialty snack, is fried in an oil pan with crispy skin and fragrant stuffing.
The flavor of meat dumplings in southern Fujian is very unique. Soak in glutinous rice, cook with lard, wine, sauce and soy sauce, add meat, mushrooms, lotus seeds and dried shrimps, wrap with bamboo leaves, and simmer in pig bone soup for three hours. The entrance is not greasy, delicious.
