Fujian snacks-peanut soup
Peanut soup is a special dessert in Fujian. The biggest feature of this dessert is that peanuts are soft, waxy and sweet, and they melt in the mouth. In Fujian, you can eat several flavors of peanut soup, some with coconut milk and milk, some without coconut milk and milk, only peeled peanuts and water. I prefer coconut milk, which feels better.
