Second, poke the chicken into pieces (or don't poke it), then cook it in a pot, cut the onion into sections, slice the ginger and garlic, and take out the cooked chicken and clean it.

3. Pour a little oil into the pot, stir-fry the star anise leaves, ginger slices and garlic slices in the pot, stir-fry the chicken for 1 ~ 2 minutes, then pour water, take out the casserole (forget it), pour the broth, and simmer for 30 ~ 40 minutes.

Fourth, turn off the fire and sprinkle a little chopped green onion when it's done.

Spicy diced chicken [the name of a Chinese dish cooked with diced chicken and Chili]

First of all, half a chicken, dried pepper (a little more), star anise, sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, onion, ginger, garlic, salt, monosodium glutamate and chicken essence.

Second, stew the chicken into diced meat, cut the onion into sections, slice the ginger, and cut the garlic into foam. Put the chicken in a bowl and marinate it with cooking wine, soy sauce, ginger slices and salt for ten minutes.

Third, pour oil into the pot (a little more), put the marinated chicken in and fry it until it dries and turns yellow, then take it out and put it aside.

4. Leave a little oil in the pot, add pepper, garlic, onion and star anise, stir-fry for a while, then pour chicken, stir-fry for 2 ~ 3 minutes, add salt, sugar, soy sauce and monosodium glutamate, stir-fry evenly and take out of the pot.
