Eel meat is tender, delicious and has high nutritional value. Protein content is 26.7%, fat is 30.8%, especially vitamin A, and elements such as phosphorus, calcium and iron are also high.
Fish tea
Fish tea tastes sour and slightly salty, sweet and delicious, and has an attractive appetite. It is worth mentioning that fish tea has no fishy smell, because the spice soup used for making tea washes away or inhibits the fishy smell.
Ganoderma lucidum mountain crab
Ganoderma lucidum crab grows in Wuzhishan Banli Waterfall, and it is named Ganoderma lucidum crab because it specializes in eating wild Ganoderma lucidum. Different from ordinary crabs, the paste of Ganoderma lucidum crabs is black, like a mixture of soil. Leigonggen
Leigonggen, also known as pig excrement beans and horseshoes, is a kind of wild vegetable that Li compatriots often eat. Ant chicken
