Western medicine treatment:
Chronic gastritis, especially gastric and duodenal ulcers, is mostly caused by Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection.
The detection rate of active chronic gastritis can reach 90%~~ 100%.
The detection rate of duodenal ulcer was 90% ~ 100%.
Gastric ulcer 80% ~ 90%.
Hp infection can affect the quality of ulcer healing and increase the recurrence rate of ulcer. It is also related to gastric cancer. Therefore, stomach diseases generally need to be checked to know whether they are infected with Helicobacter pylori. If they are infected, they need anti-Helicobacter pylori treatment.
Generally, triple eradication treatment scheme is adopted:
1, proton pump inhibitors (omeprazole, pansoprazole, lansoprazole, etc. Choose one plus two antibiotics (amoxicillin, clarithromycin, metronidazole, furazolidone, etc.). ).
2. Colloidal bismuth (pectin bismuth, Livzondole, etc.). ) Choose one plus two antibiotics (the types of antibiotics are the same as before).
General treatment lasts 7 to 14 days. If it recurs, a quadruple eradication treatment plan is needed:
3. Proton pump inhibitor+colloidal bismuth+two antibiotics
I usually give patients quadruple therapy directly, and if they have insomnia, I will give them an estazolam at night.
