You can turn off the fire at this time.
3. Use the waste heat of the oil to continue frying, and then fry the peanuts for half a minute. Then quickly remove the peanuts and control the oil to prevent the peanuts from being burnt by the high oil temperature. Sprinkle some white wine in the fried peanuts to prevent the crispness of moisture regain for longer.
