Because the light of laser is invisible to the naked eye, red laser is used as the benchmark of optical path. The red light must be in the same direction as the laser, so the optical path of the red light is required to be parallel to the optical bench and the height is consistent with the center height of the YAG rod. There are six adjusting nuts on the red light dimming cylinder, which are divided into two groups. The first three control the front of the red laser, and the last three control the back. The goal of adjustment is to make the red laser parallel to the optical bench. Taking the parameters of 50w marking machine as an example, a T-shaped dimming block with a cross on it is made, and its center is 52CM away from the bottom of the slider. Step 1: Place the dimmer near the red light (also called optical bench back point) and adjust the first three adjusting nuts to make the red light shine on the center of the cross; Step 2, place the dimming block at a far point away from the red light (that is, the front point of optical bench). If the red light is found to deviate from the center of the cross, adjust the three nuts so that the red light shines on the center of the cross. Step 3, repeat the process of step 1 and step 2 until the red light hits the center of the red light at both the near point and the far point. 2. Fix the front baffle of the laser marking machine and install the front baffle. Through adjustment, the red light will just be emitted from the center of the light outlet hole of the front baffle. 3. Adjustment of beam expander of laser marking machine. Adjustment requirements of beam expander of laser marking machine: firstly, ensure that the incident light is in the center of the entrance hole of the beam expander and the outgoing light is in the center of the exit hole. The adjustment of beam expander has a great influence on the laser marking effect. Mainly manifested in: a. laser power decline; B uneven laser intensity within the marking width (uneven left and right up and down, uneven inside and outside, uneven left and right up and down to adjust the radial position of the beam expander, uneven inside and outside to adjust the axial position); C computer software design center deviates from the physical center of vibrating lens. D. it can't expand the beam. There are also six adjusting screws on the beam expander barrel. If the offset of the beam expander is too large to be corrected by fine adjustment, the following steps are performed: step 1, the laser is emitted from the right center of the light exit hole in front of the beam expander barrel by adjusting the three adjustment screws at the back; Step 2, adjust the first three adjusting screws to make the reflected light of red light concentric with red light. When the adjustment meets the requirements, it can be clearly seen that the return light spot composed of several large concentric rings shines on the white grating of the red laser and is concentric with it. Because the reflected light spot is very weak, it is suggested to carry out the second part in dark environment. The third step is to repeat the process of the first step. If the deviation of the beam expander is not large, and the red light is collimated, and the laser is coaxial with the red light, we can first roughly observe whether the red light enters from the center of the beam expander and comes out from the center of the beam expander, draw a box close to the full width in the marking software, and continuously hit the metal plane at high speed. Under normal circumstances, the energy on each side should be uniform. If the beam expander is not adjusted evenly, please remember the number of turns. If the energy difference between each side is large after fine adjustment, it needs to be adjusted in the opposite direction. Finally. 4 Adjustment of Laser Marking Machine Lens When installing the output lens, you can usually see that the output mirror reflects red light onto the red laser head. By adjusting the two diagonal adjusting nuts of the output lens, the reflected red light spot coincides with the red light output hole. 5. Adjust the laser cavity of the laser marking machine, install the condenser lens cavity to block the red light returned by the front output mirror, adjust the reflected red light by adjusting the parallelism between the cavity and the optical bench, and make the red light coincide with the reflected red light spot under the condition of ensuring that the red light passes through the center of the YAG rod. 6 Adjustment of the total reflection lens of the laser marking machine Install the total reflection lens to block the return red light of the front output mirror and the condenser cavity, and its adjustment method is the same as that of the output lens. 7. Adjust the whole laser marking machine, turn on the power supply, light the krypton lamp and adjust the laser current. Observe whether there is green laser output in front of the output lens (outside the resonant cavity) with the conversion sheet. If there is no green dot or it is still small after 10A, slowly and alternately adjust the two adjusting nuts of the total reflector until the spot is the largest, roundest and most solid. But also ensures that the red light passes through the green laser center. Then reduce the current of 1~2A until the green laser spot is minimum. 8. Precise adjustment of laser marking machine If the energy distribution in the width is still uneven under the condition that the beam expander and the marking plane are normal, fine-tune the output total reflection lens. The general idea is to adjust the laser direction up and down when the energy in the X direction is uneven, and adjust the energy in the opposite direction when one direction is adjusted; Y direction is opposite. 9. Adjust the Q switch of the laser marking machine to ensure that the water pipe and RF signal line are on it. Turn on the laser power supply and acousto-optic power supply, put the converter at the end of the output mirror, and observe the laser turn-off. The standard is that when the current is above 18A, the green laser cannot measure it, so the screw can be tightened; If the focal point is marked normally without the converter, when the acousto-optic crystal is adjusted to a certain position, the position with the greatest energy is the best position, and the screw can be tightened at this time.
