Materials: quail eggs 200g brine juice 1 bottle; Appropriate amount of edible oil.
Exercise:
1. Put a proper amount of water in the pot, pour quail eggs, salt and cooking oil to cook quail eggs.
2. Take out the cooked quail eggs; Pour the water out of the pot and pour the whole bottle of brine juice.
3. Immerse the quail eggs in the salt water juice and cook on low heat until the quail eggs are tasty (about 30 minutes).
Tips:
Don't touch the water after the quail eggs are cooked, and the marinade can be stored until it is used again! The more times the marinade is used and the longer it is preserved, the more soluble protein and other ingredients in the marinade, and the better the taste.
