To answer ankyxia and ask if the other party can let you do something, it should be "させていただけませんか"

There is no problem with the grammar of ご说ください, but it feels like it is used here. That's too kind. When the volunteers talk to tourists, it's reasonable, but the other way around is a bit strange.
